This is a shot of a very rare Lancia race car,
i tried to look up what kind it was, and i think it is a 1953 Lancia D24 spider sport,

Yup, I was surprised that i didn't have to work, so it gave me the opportunity to go.
I had another person help me with finding out about this car and it turns out it is 1 of 4 known in existence.

I have what this is:

You are correct, the story is interesting. 2 originals exist...

4 more of these were commissioned by Lancia in 1990 and built up by their restorer, this is one of them and has some interesting history:

For all intents and purposes, this really is a Lancia D24, built at the factory- just one from 1990. :D

You're welcome- For the owner of this car to come out and display it like that was really kind of him. It's truly special- When you have a car built from the ground up like this one with the care and passion that went into it to faithfully re-create a truly historical race car, it's incredibly special!
